Booking

A provisional booking can be made by telephone or fax. The balance will be due 8 weeks before departure or immediately for shorter term bookings. We ask that a deposit of £100 be made at the time of booking by credit card to confirm the booking. Your booking will then be confirmed and payment requirements will be stated.

What our prices include

All prices for the rental of villas and apartments are per week for the property, according to the season. Included are electricity, gas, water and a weekly linen and maid service, as well as pool maintenance as applicable. A more frequent maid service can be arranged.

Conditions

We cannot be held responsible for a change in condition or circumstances at the villa or apartment at the property occurring after the time of booking. In the extremely unlikely of a problem or double booking, similar accommodation would be offered.
